These Terms and Conditions govern your use of SpinBob, operated by Win Top Ltd and licensed by the Anjouan Gaming Authority (licence number ALSI-202509029-FI1). Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, address, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where we identify multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, we reserve the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation.

When you register, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and must not share them with any third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately. We accept no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Deposits, Bonuses, and Withdrawals

The minimum deposit amount is £20 and the minimum withdrawal amount is £20. We aim to process withdrawals within 0–24 hours, though individual payment providers may apply their own processing timescales beyond our control.

When a bonus is active on your account, your real-money balance is used first. A maximum bet of £5 applies during any period in which a bonus balance is active. Bonuses are subject to a 40x wagering requirement applied to the bonus balance; withdrawals of bonus-derived funds will not be cleared until this target has been met in full. We reserve the right to void bonus funds and any winnings generated from them where we determine that these conditions have not been followed.

We prohibit the use of any automated software, bots, or scripted tools to interact with our platform or games. Collusion between players, fraudulent chargebacks, and any form of manipulative or deceptive play are equally prohibited. Where a breach of these rules is identified, we may suspend or permanently close the account concerned, recover any funds obtained in breach, and report the matter to relevant authorities where appropriate.
